We have been loyal customers of this takeaway for over five years, ordering at least twice a week, but tonight’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. After waiting over two hours for our food, we called to politely check where our order was. We were told it would be “another 15 minutes.”When that time passed and we called again — this time simply to ask if we could cancel — we were met with an extremely rude and dismissive response. We were told “I don’t know what you want me to do… you calling is delaying your order even more.” This is not how you speak to customers — especially long-standing, loyal ones. Delays can happen. We understand that. What is completely unacceptable is the lack of accountability, poor communication, and shocking customer service. Instead of offering an apology or solution, we were made to feel like an inconvenience for even asking about an order that was already massively late. After years of regular custom, this experience has completely changed our view of this business. We will not be using them again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering. Absolutely shocking service.

The delivery was late for 1 hour. The burgers were burned. Never had any issues with Figos before, always can understand if delivery is late for 5-10 minutes, never complained about food quality, but tonight our dinner was ruined.
